Darius Frowner pianist and LaDonna Burns vocalist will perform a mix of classic rock, pop and Motown. Both artists perform in Broadway tours, so there will be a few show stopping theater songs as well.
Most of the pop songs are quite familiar, and the audience will be encouraged to sing along if they wish. The vibe is upbeat and fun, and will have selections that appeal to all ages!
Music generously provided by the Mayo Performing Arts Center Arts in the Community Program.
Community Recycled Art Mosaic (Artist - Monique Sarfity) was made possible in part by funds from Morris Arts through the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
Multi-talented Chris Rodriguez, one of our 2021 Urban Farm Apprentices, will offer interactive Bomba drumming sessions with older kids at the farm introducing them to the concept of Afro-Puerto Rican bomba from 4 pm - 5 pm on the main stage.
