PAST EVENTS
Throughout the year, we hold public events to provide education and social connection.
These events are open to all members of our community!
Seed Swap & Share
10th Annual Winter Solstice Celebration
(past)
This Winter Solstice, we celebrated with our community with an evening at the Early Street Community Garden as we enjoyed s’mores and songs by the fire, and renewed your spirit with relaxing yoga poses. We let go of the past year's challenges and set positive intentions for 2020!

Jockey Hollow All Access
(past)
We had exclusive access to one of Morristown's hottest restaurants: Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen! When the restaurant is normally closed, guests had all access to The Oyster Bar, The Rathskeller Bar, The Washington Room and The Vail Bar, from 6:30-9:30 p.m., to sample a collection of specialty cocktails and hors d'oeuvres featuring our fresh produce.
Guests enjoyed wine pairings, cocktail making demos at the Vail Bar, oyster tastings, beer samples, live music, and handmade desserts. Support provided in part by Kings Food Markets.

Location: 110 South Street, Morristown, NJ 07960
Early Street Community Garden Mural Project
(past)
We turned a unused corner of the garden in to a beautiful community space.
As part of a Morris Arts grant, we converted this abandoned platform by adding a vibrant mural, created by local artist Casey O’Brien. This mural transformed this space into a welcoming area where we can host free community events such as yoga, music and arts events, and children’s education programming for all to enjoy.
Funding has been made possible in part by funds from Morris Arts through the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/ Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
