Transplant out using 2-4" spacing in rows at least 4" apart. Harvest in when stems are 8" long and cut as a bunch leaving 4" of plant left above the soil. This will encourage regrowth and will get about 5 bunches per plant before it bolts and creates seed heads. They can be left to drop and reseed later that season or harvested for making pickles or drying for herbs.
